a stay to remember!
clean room helpful staff breakfast option
I appreciated the very very comfy and tidy room. the staff was helpful and polite. They acknowledged me. breakfast options were clearly explained, and i felt welcomed throughout my visit. the instant hot water from the shower was very controllable and i appreciated the good brand tea and coffee in the room.

the hotel's location provides easy access to public transport for exploring the area, and it's less than ten minutes from the town center! it is next to a supermarket so this is convenient.

Every staff member i met was positive and helpful, really amazing!!! they explained breakfast options well. the staff were helpful and polite. They acknowledged me quickly at reception and asked if everything was ok when i left.

burnt steak rude waiter
The staff were helpful, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
I was disappointed by the steak night. The steak was burnt, practically inedible, and cost £18.75. The waiter seemed disinterested and almost rude, a combination THAT ruined the experience. I expected better quality and service.

I found parking available on the premises. My room offered a nice selection of tea and coffee. The staff members were friendly, and they tried their best.
The service felt a bit slow. Some tables lacked preparation for customers. I noticed glasses left on tables from the previous night.

A haven near the sea
helpful staff warm food free parking
I loved the helpful staff. Scott and the team. the food filled me with joy. it was clean, and so very warm, a respite from the coastal breeze. i enjoyed free parking, a true blessing.

The reception staff were efficient! and the lady working at the bar was friendly. The location was quiet, though the supermarket nearby proved very useful. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious.

the room had comfortable beds and extra tea and coffee was available. i also appreciated the restaurant located right next door. it was quite convenient and i could reach it easily (a very handy option indeed).
i had some issues . i found clumps of hair stuck to the bathroom wall (it wasn't very nice). also, there was a bad smell everywhere. i didn't find it hygienic.
