I appreciated the very super clean and cozy room. the staff was helpful and polite. They acknowledged me. breakfast options were clearly explained, and i felt welcomed throughout my visit. the instant hot water from the shower was very controllable and i appreciated the good brand tea and coffee in the room.

the hotel's location provides easy access to public transport for exploring the area, and it's less than ten minutes from the town center! it is next to a supermarket so this is convenient.

Every staff member i met was positive and helpful, really amazing!!! they explained breakfast options well. the staff were helpful and polite. They acknowledged me quickly at reception and asked if everything was ok when i left.

The staff were helpful, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
I was disappointed by the steak night. The steak was burnt, practically inedible, and cost £18.75. The waiter seemed disinterested and almost rude, a combination THAT ruined the experience. I expected better quality and service.

the room had comfortable beds and extra tea and coffee was available. i also appreciated the restaurant located right next door. it was quite convenient and i could reach it easily (a very handy option indeed).
i had some issues . i found clumps of hair stuck to the bathroom wall (it wasn't very nice). also, there was a bad smell everywhere. i didn't find it hygienic.
